The ABA’s Young Lawyers Division has started an Air & Space Law Committee:

Air and Space Law Committee
Who We Are

You made it this far. Thank you! The ABA Young Lawyers Division’s Air and Space Law Committee is brand new. And the success of our committee depends on the breadth, engagement, and satisfaction of our membership. We hope that means you.

Here is a little about our committee and our members so far. We are focused on introducing young lawyers to air and space law and how it affects its stakeholders including airlines, airports, the flying public, general and business aviation, and space tourists.

The committee will provide opportunities to build your resume, gain knowledge about air and space law, listen to industry speakers, network, and be published. For example, you can become a published author in the YLD’s 101 and 201 series writing about Air or Space Law. The YLD also offers a brownbag lecture series and would welcome your contributions as a panelist or moderator.

We hope you join the YLD Air and Space Law Committee. You won’t regret it.

Our Best-

~Giugi Carminati and Chris Fortier
