The Fifth Eilene M. Galloway Symposium on Critical Issues in Space Law was held today at the Cosmos Club in Washington, DC. The theme of this year’s symposium is “Art. IX of the Outer Space Treaty and Peaceful Purposes: Issues and Implementation.” It was co-hosted by the National Center for Remote Sensing, Air, and Space Law and the International Institute of Space Law. Res Communis will be blogging the entire time and (wireless connection permitting) the updates will be posted in real time, otherwise they will be posted at the end of the day.
