IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

February 24, 2010

Mrs. DAVIS of California (for herself and Ms. ROS-LEHTINEN) submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the Committee on House Administration

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

Authorizing the use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center for a ceremony to present the Congressional Gold Medal to the Women Airforce Service Pilots.

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring),

SECTION 1. USE OF EMANCIPATION HALL FOR PRESENTATION OF CONGRESSIONAL GOLD MEDAL TO WOMEN AIRFORCE SERVICE PILOTS.

(a) Authorization- Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center is authorized to be used for a ceremony on March 10, 2010, to present the Congressional Gold Medal to the Women Airforce Service Pilots.

(b) Preparations- Physical preparations for the conduct of the ceremony described in subsection (a) shall be carried out in accordance with such conditions as may be prescribed by the Architect of the Capitol.
