Russian Space Tourism May End in 2009

Space Daily reports that Russia may end the use of its spacecraft by tourists in 2009. According to the report, the Intergovernmental Agreement for the International Space Station requires that a crew must be made up of six people when the European and Japanese modules are added. This would leave no room for the tourists.
