Russia and Kazakhstan Sign Agreement on KAZSAT-2 Development and Launch

Baikonur space port: Russia and Kazakhstan have signed Cooperation Agreement between the Governments of the two countries on KAZSAT-2 development and launch. The ceremony was witnessed by Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Masimov who arrived at Baikonur to watch the launch of the national satellite.
The document was signed by Roscosmos Head Vladimir Popovkin and Chairman of Kazkosmos Talgat Musabaev.
The launch is slated for 3.16 MSK, July 16.
