Dear Dr Gabrynowicz,Dear Dr Blount,
Thank you for memtioning my article on Space Copyright Law in your Library Roundup list in Res Communis.
You might like to include in the Roundup details of the article the website reference after the Journal reference, namely “also availble at http://www.qmipri.org/research.html“, where the whole article with text of proposed Space Copyright Treaty is available online.
There is also a brief summary of the article in J.A.L. Sterling, World Copyright Law, 3rd edition 2008, para 92.07.
I hope we will remain in touch about this subject. Here in London we are about to form a Space Law Institute and I will keep you informed.
Kind regards,
J.A.L.Sterling
