The Directorate of Defence Trade Controls has released the Implementing Arrangement Pursuant to the Treaty Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of Australia Concerning Defense Trade Cooperation. The arrangements for the similar UK treaty were released in February.

Both treaties, available through the State Department web site (UK, Australia), allow for some exceptions to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
