Kenedy County Texas Passes on Spaceport

It is being reported that Kenedy County Texas has decided not to offer land to Space Access to develop a spaceport (UPI via RedOrbit News). The story states the Space Access is looking at several Texas sites. For the legal implications of a spaceport in Texas see Space Law in the Lone Star State.
